Since Winnow was co-founded in 2013 by Marc Zornes and Kevin Duffy, chefs using the technology are saving up to 15 million meals a year from being wasted.

This partnership enables the Australian and New Zealand hospitality industry to further lead the way in implementing innovative solutions to fight food waste, which costs Australia $20b per year, of which half comes from the food and hospitality industry.
